Remember the fun stuff—abbreviations, street, apartment, suite and/or building numbers, details. We want you to get your goodies, so please provide complete and accurate address information.
TOCCO DI VANA isn’t responsible for lost or misdelivered packages caused by incomplete or incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
We also don’t issue refunds or credits for packages the carrier confirms as delivered.
We ship to PO Boxes with USPS, but there is no expedited shipping.
Bella! APOs and US Territories may take longer. Carriers can change at any time.

UPS Standard 3-10 business days.
- Shipments will be delivered with duty and tax unpaid.
- All import (customs) duties and/or taxes must be paid by customers according to the local customs policy.
Just a heads-up—this doesn’t count weekends or Holidays!
Track Your Order, Bella!
Orders to U.S. destinations can take 1-12 business days to arrive from the shipping date (not when you ordered!). Delivery time depends on the shipping method and destination.
Once your order ships, you’ll get an email with tracking info! We use USPS or UPS for most orders and might switch carriers if needed. Your final shipping cost will show up at checkout. Happy tracking!

Shipping fees are non-refundable! If you refuse any shipments from toccodivana.com, you’ll be responsible for both the original shipping costs and the return fee, which will be deducted from any credit we issue.
