We hope you love your order, but if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns for Store Credit Only.

We do not accept exchanges. If you would like to order a different size, return your merchandise as soon as possible, and we will issue you store credit if the items are deemed eligible according to the return requirements below. Store credit can be used to order a different size or any of our other products.

RETURN REQUIREMENTS: 

How long does a customer have to return an item?

  • Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of the order delivery date.
  • Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address:

In what condition can items be returned?

  • Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, unstained, and unperfumed.
  • Merchandise must have attached all tags, including any TOCCO DI VANA hangtags.
  • Any products marked ‘FINAL SALE' cannot be returned.
  • We do not offer exchanges, but we welcome you to return your item(s) by mail in accordance with our Return Policy and repurchase any available item(s) on our site.

Due to hygiene concerns, the following cannot be returned: 

  • Intimates, Swimwear, Bodysuits, hair accessories, hats, earrings, and cosmetic/beauty products, including LASHES, unless there is a quality issue.

Please note that if you paid for shipping at the time of your original order, you will not be credited the shipping cost when we receive your return. If your return does not adhere to the requirements, it may be sent back at additional cost to the customer.

HOW TO RETURN :

Use a known carrier such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx with a tracking number to ensure your package is not lost. You are responsible for return postage.

Please remove any old shipping labels from the package to ensure a smooth delivery process. We recommend shipping with insurance, receiving shipment tracking, and keeping your shipping receipts until your return is processed.

Processing Returns: 

We aim to process returns within 7 business days of receiving them in our location, but high volume periods, especially around the holidays, could cause delays. We apologize for any inconvenience. If you’re concerned that your return has been delivered but not processed promptly, please contact hi@toccodivana.com.

Will a refund be issued? 

Store Credit: is valid for 3 months after the date of issue.

  • Store credit can only be used at www.toccodivana.com
  • Store credit cannot be transferred to another person or account.
  • Please treat store credit like cash.
  • Any purchases exceeding the store credit value will require an additional payment method for the remaining balance due.
  • Store credit is provided in the currency in which you paid.
  • Your use of store credit constitutes your agreement to our Terms & Conditions.

Faulty Items: "Damages and issues"

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged or if you receive the wrong item, 

TOCCO DI VANA thoroughly inspects all goods before shipping them to our customers.

We stand behind the quality of our products, but if you come across a manufacturing fault, damaged or defective goods may be returned by contacting us at hi@toccodivana.com so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Refunds can only be guaranteed with prior photographic evidence of the fault within 3 DAYS of delivery. 

  • If we are not notified within 3 days of receiving the item, it will no longer qualify for a return or replacement. You must include a photo of the damage/defect with your email.
  • We are not responsible for damages to clothing caused by improper care or handling or incorrect sizing.
  • The exact colors of merchandise may vary due to photography lenses, indoor/outdoor lighting, and computer monitor resolutions. Clothing patterns may also vary. These situations do not qualify as defects, and the buyer will pay return shipping if they return to our location.
